Using Quick Clocking on your Web Portal

Quick Clocking provides users with the ‘most likely’ clock option, based on the users last clock. This feature will help users quickly and easily perform the correct clock option, along with reducing the number of errors that occur from the time clock.

  1. Users with clocking privileges for Web Clocking will sign into their Citadel account through their site name URL, along with their Username and Password.
  2. As a default, users will be set to use the Quick Clocking feature. This will be highlighted by viewing the ‘Quick’ or ‘All‘ options underneath the feature.
  3. ‘Quick‘ will ensure that Quick Clocking is enabled, providing the user with their most likely clock option(s). Below is an example of what users may expect to see with Quick Clocking enabled:

  1. Selecting ‘All’ will disable the Quick Clocking feature, providing the user with all available clock options. Below is an example of what a user can expect with Quick Clocking disabled:
