Adding Places

Places are used to group people together within Citadel. You can set up places within your account and assign people to departments. There is no limit to the number of places you can create within Citadel. You can also customise each place by using the settings found on the Details tab.

Please note that Policies can only be assigned to Departments

To add a Place such as Location, Site, Area, or Department, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Places under Organisation in the Main Menu
  2. Click Add New in the category of Place that you would like to create
  1. In the Name field, enter a name for your place
  2. Click Save to create your Place.
