Pay Code

The Pay Code Policy contains a set of seven default pay codes which can be associated to the policies you create. Unlimited Custom Pay Codes can be created.
Pay Codes can only be assigned to one Policy type. For example, if you apply OT1 and OT2 to an Overtime Policy, you will not be permitted to add OT1 or OT2 to another Policy type, such as Differentials.
Any user with permissions to Add/Update Policies will be able to create Pay Codes.

  1. Go to the Policy Tab of your account.
  2. Click on the Pay Code Policies section.
  3. Enter as many Pay Codes as required by your Policies by clicking on Add an Extra Pay Code at the bottom of the page.
  4. Enter the Pay Code in the Pay Code field.
  5. Enter the Pay Code Description in the Pay Code Description field.
  6. Once all the Pay Codes have been added to the Pay Code Policy, click on Save.
