Employees can login on the time clock using their fingerprints. To register a fingerprint for an employee, follow these steps.
Note: Before enrolling users at the time clock, you will need to add them into your Citadel account:
- Access the admin menu. by entering the Administration pin or with your Administrator fingerprint.
- Tap on user management from the admin menu.
- A list of users in the account will display.
- Search or scroll to find the user and tap their name.
- The user profile will display. Select the finger you want to register on the right side of the screen.
- The register fingerprint flow will display, follow the step by step instructions:
- Once you have successfully registered your finger, the following options are available:
- You can test you fingerprint by tapping on the test finger option.
- We recommend that you register another fingerprint, as a backup, by tapping on the register new finger option.
- You can register fingerprints for another user by tapping on the register new user option.
- You can finish the process by clicking done.
